Private Yoga Classes

Kathryn Humphrey teaches $5 yoga Tuesdays 4:30-5:45pm, 6:30-7:45pm and Wednesdays 12-1:15pm

$25 for 75 minute sessions

Appropriate for all levels, especially for those new to yoga, who have physical limitations, or who are looking primarily for stress relief. A combination of gentle stretching, easy flowing movements, and postures held for short amounts of time. We also do some simple meditation and breathing techniques to calm and focus the mind.
